The Uptown Brass from the Minnesota Orchestra and renowned organist David Cherwin will present an eclectic and virtuosic program featuring songs of joy form all around the world. This concert is in partnership with Circle Rock Concerts for Community, with proceeds supporting Mental Health Connect. Vicki Elliott, executive director of MHC, will be on hand to offer a few words about this important ministry.
The concert will be about 80 minutes long. The program will include the music of Gabrieli, Bach, Piazolla, and Paquito D’Rivera along with some new originals and classic spirituals. This eclectic concert of songs of joy from around the world is not to be missed!
The concert is open to the public—no tickets required. A free will offering will be received, with a suggested donation of $20 per person. Audience members are asked to observe appropriate pandemic protocols.
