Combining prayers in two languages—words and images—this prayer guide and discussion time will help your Middle Schooler spend time in conversation with God through discovery. There will be no grading or putting anyone on the spot rather, it will be a time of exploring brief story-driven reflections with visual and written prayers, fostering a flourishing prayer life. Each day throughout Lent there will be a short prayer for youth to complete.
During our group time Wednesdays:
- We will read the weekly thoughts from the book and talk about how the week of prayer went.
- We will finish by observing a petition from the Lord’s prayer that is connected to the weekly reading.
6:15-7:00 pm | Wednesdays through Lent | Snack Provided | Cost: $20*
At 7:00 Families are encouraged to worship together. There will also be a middle school section for those who will be staying for worship and parents/guardians are unable to join their student.
