In Christ We Live and Move and Breathe

Yoga as a Christian devotional practice connects us to God and to ourselves as God’s creation. We view our yoga practice as embodied prayer and a way of integrating our body, mind and spirit into time with Jesus.

In our yoga classes, you will have opportunities to improve balance, flexibility and strength as you grow in faith. Each of our yoga classes include movement, prayer and scripture as we seek to connect more deeply with our bodies and with God. All classes are drop-in (no registration necessary) and free will donation/pay as you are able. First class? Plan to come 10 minutes early to fill out new student information and check-in with the teacher about your specific needs in your practice. We can’t wait to meet you!

While it is preferable that you have your own mat, we have some you can use. We also have blocks, straps and blankets available as props for your practice.

Thursdays at 9:00 a.m. in the CFL
Virtual Classes:
Mondays at 6:30 p.m. on Zoom

Restore My Soul: Fall Yoga Retreat
Thursday, September 29-Sunday, October 2
Join Amanda Berger at Big Raven Farm for a weekend of weekend of care for the mind, body, heart and soul. We’ll enjoy yoga, meditation, nature, and one another as well as time to create, rest,restore and dream, all while connecting with Jesus.

Big Raven Farm is located in Spring Grove, Minnesota, and provides gorgeous accommodations, soul-satisfying meals, beautiful outdoor spaces and generous hospitality. Sessions will include topics on spirituality and wellness, off-the-mat yoga topics, scripture study, arts/crafts, prayer practices, and more! For more information and register, click here.
